LLC Formation: $1,000.00 plus filing fees for one owner | $1,400.00 plus filing fees for multiple owners. | Operating Agreement. EIN. 30min review meeting with us.

Artist Corporation: $1,500.00 plus filing fees | This is an entity with unique governance documents and contract provisions to protect artists and creatives.

Benefit Companies / Co-ops / Other unique governance: $3,000.00 plus filing fees | This includes everything as the LLC, plus more time for specialized discussion and governance tailoring.

C-Corp Formation: $2,500.00 plus filing fees | EIN, articles of incorporation, bylaws, initial resolutions, FRSPA, PIIA, and a review meeting with initial shareholders/board.

Pennsylvania Annual Report: $125.00/year subscription | $200.00 for a single filing | We will email you before your filing deadline to confirm information, then file the report for you.

Contract Review

NOTE: Prices for contract reviews can range and vary based on formatting, complexity of agreement, amount of edits needed, language additions, type of agreement, etc. The estimates here are solely to provide potential clients a general sense of our pricing. Every review will include a comprehensive memo of what is in the document, as well as strategic redlines / comments in alignment with your needs.

1-3 page contract: $450.00

4-6 page contract: $600.00 - $1,200.00

7-12 page contract: $1,400.00 - $2,000.00

12+ plus page contract: Please reach out for a quote.

Negotiation / Mediation: Hourly rate, typically in 2 or 4 hour flat-fee increments | Includes communication with the other party and strategy planning with you.

Intellectual Property, Copyrights, & Trademarks

NOTE: Our intellectual property services, including copyright counseling, federal trademark registration, and IP licensing, are available to clients nationwide. Much of IP law is governed by federal statues and therefore is not limited by state lines, so you don't need to find a local attorney for these matters. If your situation involves state-specific legal issues, we'll let you know and help you find the right local support.

General Intellectual Property Audit: $750.00 | A memo which reviews your IP as well as ways you can protect it, and any other questions/comments/concerns that we observe. Includes variable discounts for next-step services, such as IP registrations or cease-and-desist letters.

Copyrights

Copyright registration by attorney: $400.00 plus filing fees | Possible discounts for multiples.

Copyright session to learn how to file Copyrights yourself and review of one application: $500.00 | Includes review of one application which we will use as the teaching example.

Cease and Desist Letter: $600.00 for first | Hourly Rate for additional letters.

DMCA takedown request: $500.00 per platform | Possible discounts for multiples.

Copyright license agreement: Hourly rate.

Trademarks

Trademark clearance search and opinion only: $750.00

Trademark session to learn how to search and assess Trademarks yourself: $500. 00 | Does NOT include a TM review. Includes discounts for future TM work.

Trademark Search and Application: $2,500.00 plus filing fees | Includes trademark clearance and filing trademark in one class. Possible discounts for additional classes for the same mark, or additional marks.

Substantive Office Action response: Hourly rate.
