Legal basics call: $150. 30-min call answering basic legal questions and talking through your type of situation. No further engagement. You will be sent a Q&A form in advance.

Student business: $600. Everything in the Single Owner LLC package, plus a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Must have a valid student ID. Possible discounts for other services.

General Intellectual Property Audit: $850 Up to 2 hours of review of your intellectual property (IP), written outline of the types of IP you have, ways to protect it and quotes for next steps, and up to 30 minute call to walk you through the considerations. Does not include actual trademark, copyright, or other registrations or drafting, but does include variable discounts for those services.

Business Formation & Governance

Business Formation

Single Owner LLC: $1000. Includes filing, filing fee, EIN, Operating agreement, resolutions, and a review meeting.

Multi Owner LLC: $2000. Includes all the same as single owner formation plus more discussion time and complicated operating agreement.

LLC with unique governance: $2500. If you want your LLC to operate like a co-op, benefit company structure, etc.

S Corp Election: Add $100 to quoted price above.

C-Corp Formation: $3000. Includes filing, filing fee, EIN, bylaws, initial resolutions, and a review meeting with initial shareholders/board.

Fictitious name filing (Doing Business As; DBA): $300 for if DBA to be owned by an entity, $550 if DBA owned by individual. Both options include filing, filing fee, and resolution for business records authorizing DBA. If owned by individual, advertisements are required and the advertising preparation and filing fees are included in cost.

Governance

Board Attendance: $800. Includes attending board meetings, taking meeting minutes, drafting/editing meeting minutes.

Board Management: $1,500. Includes everything in Board Attendance plus coordinating with C-suite re: board meeting agenda, drafting meeting materials, managing corporate book.

Annual Services

Registered office provider (CROP) service: $75/year.

Pennsylvania Annual Report Subscription: $125/year. This option includes having us file your report for you every year. This means once you sign up with us we will send you an email each year before your filing deadline and confirm all the information required for the report and file the report for you.

As-Requested Pennsylvania Annual Report Filing: $175 per filing for for-profits. This option does not require us to automatically notify you or take care of your filing annually and you will be responsible for staying on top of your filing deadline. However, you can reach out to us to handle this for you on any year you like.
